EXCITING NEWS AND IMPORTANT STEPS!!

Big change and growth is on the horizon for DaySpring! Now is the time for action- we are going through the purchase process of the new building up the street, completing inspections and meeting with architects, but we're still raising funds for the down payment.

Please consider donating, as generously as you can, to the future of DaySpring now. This is a crucial time- we need to raise $75,000 in the next two weeks to be able to move forward now with the building purchase. And remember, we still have the matching grant so anything you give is doubled, or if your employer matches it will be quadrupled!!

You can click left to donate via PayPal, or you could send us a check- both ways are easy!

If there is anyone you know that also might be interested in helping DaySpring move forward, please let us know. We're glad to talk to anyone about our plans and exciting vision for the future!

"The Tempest" - Summer Shakespeare Performance

"We are such stuff as dreams are made of."

Trapped on a deserted island, Prospero and his beautiful daughter Miranda create a tempest to find their way home. Shipwrecked on the other side of the islands groups of young men must fight Caliban and the mischievous Ariel to find their way to safety.

Don't miss this performance which is the result of our August Shakespeare Workshop! Your children will enjoy and understand the Bard as they are shown and told the story of the Tempest!

Enrichment Open House/ Orientation

Wednesday, August 27th

Come check out the Enrichment Program at DaySpring! This is a special day where we invite families registered or just interested to come and tour through the classes that will be offered this year.

If you are registered you will be able to walk your child through their day helping them find the classes and get familiar with the building. If you are not registered, you can choose things that you are interested in and visit those classes. Everyone will get to meet the teachers, get handouts on what will happen in the classes this year, find out if there are supplies needed for the classes, and meet other families. We encourage everyone to come for the whole morning-even if you are not registered for a full day…come take advantage of the opportunity to meet all our teachers, ask questions at the office, find out what other things are going on, and have a continental breakfast with us.
