Young Musicians
Ages 5-6
Music Discoverers
Ages 5-6
Now is the prime time for young children to connect with music through their voice and body. Students will learn age-appropriate classical, folk, and world music with Orff instruments, including xylophone and unpitched percussion instruments. Circle/activity-based songs engage even reluctant singers to participate and learn pitch-matching skills for better singing! Rhythmic and melodic reading skills will be introduced to lay a foundation of musical knowledge and skill for a well-developed progression in music learning.

Group Instrument Classes
Ages 3-13
PreTwinkle Suzuki Violin
Ages 5-7
This class is based upon the principles of the Suzuki Method: any child, regardless of age or inherent ability can learn to play the violin well. We will use songs, games and fun activities to gain a basic foundation of skills that will set each child up for future musical learning and enjoyment. A rental instrument is required.

Beginning Piano Group
Ages 7-9
Learn the basics of piano in a group setting. Students will learn technical fundamentals, short songs, and have lots of fun along the way! Books are included in tuition.

PreTwinkle Suzuki Violin 2.0
Ages 7-11
Learn how to play the violin with friends! We will learn basic fundamentals of posture, rhythm and pitch, building upon our skills each week. A rental instrument is required.

Suzuki Violin 1
Ages 6-12
This class is a continuation of the PreTwinkle Suzuki class. Students in this class have mastered the Twinkle variations and are ready to embark upon Volume 1 of the Suzuki Violin School. Basic note-reading concepts will be introduced and students will continue to grow in their love and mastery of the violin.

Ukulele Class
Ages 10-13
The unique sound of a ukulele captures the interest of anyone who hears it played. The ukulele is a simple instrument to learn, making it popular for students of all ages. Not only will your child find this class interesting and enjoyable, they will also gain the benefit of becoming a more well-rounded performer and musician. Students must provide their own ukulele (approximately $40+).

Guitar Class
Ages 10-13
Students will work on ensemble pieces, solo work, and technical fundamentals. All levels of experience are encouraged, as our capable instructor layers instruction to fit each student's ability. Whether you are a brand new beginner or an experienced player, all are welcome!

Essential Vocal Techniques
Ages 11-13
An intimate group setting to introduce students to proper and healthy vocal technique. Instructors will adjust class content to prepare each student to reach their potential as a vocalist. Students will grow in their understanding of good vocal habits to enhance their abilities as a performer.

Music Theory Taster
Ages 10-13
Let's dive into music! Students will learn the building blocks and mechanics behind what makes a piece of music sing. Skills learned in this class will be able to be transferred to any other arts discipline, giving students a working knowledge for their future learning. Books are included in the tuition.

Ensembles
Ages 6 & Up
Beginning Band
Grades 5th-6th
Learn how to play a band instrument and enjoy making music with others! No previous musical experience is required for this beginning band. Books and music will be provided, rental instrument is required. The band performs at fall and spring concerts, depending upon director approval.
Intermediate Band
Grades 7th-8th
Intermediate Band builds upon the skills learned in Beginning Band and expands student's musical knowledge. Books and music will be required, rental instrument is required. The band performs at fall and spring concerts, depending upon director approval.
Rock Band
Grades 7th-8th
Let's rock! Join us as we learn classic songs and jam out to groovy beats. No previous musical experience is necessary, our amazing instructors will teach you everything you need to know.
