Dance Classes

DANCE FITNESS
Ages 16+
Join us each week for a different fitness class. Drop your kids off for a STEAM or Performance camp and join us for a fun workout! Each week will have a different style of class, so you can try out a little of everything this summer! Classes will include Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Stregth and Stretch, and more! Register for the whole 8 weeks or drop in. Email dance@dayspringarts.org for specific schedule

ADULT BALLET
Ages 16+
The perfect class for beginning to intermediate dancers! Basic ballet terminology will be reviewed with an emphasis on strength, stretch, and balance. Students will achieve a refreshing, full-body workout while experiencing the grace, beauty, and artistry of ballet. All levels welcome, no previous ballet experience necessary.

ADULT TAP
Ages 16+
This is the perfect tap class for beginner/Intermediate adults! Basic tap vocabulary will be introduce and reviewed, with an emphasis on clarity and rhythmic consistency. Throughout the term, exercises will improve integration and fluidity in linking steps together as well as introducing more complex combinations and rhythms.
