WHAT WE ARE
WHAT WE'RE WORKING TOWARD
DaySpring is committed to bringing the highest level of training to our students - whether artistic or academic, our teachers foster collaboration and creativity, critical thinking and communication which all prepare our students for the 21st century workplace. Our focus on character development is paramount as we seize the opportunity for greater impact. We are focusing on the following key areas which we believe are critically important for us to take our vision to the next level:
Creating an environment
As an organization, we are very excited to have moved to our new space where we are well on our way to building a campus that fosters creativity and collaboration and that allows students and teachers to be able to engage unhindered in the training that is vital to success in their disciplines and in their lives. We are excited to use our space to provide performances, master classes and community events, as well as to welcome artists and groups to help make our Black Box and other spaces to become a destination for the arts and learning in St. Louis County.
Reaching out to the communities surrounding us
We have built strong relationships over the years with other artists, arts organizations, schools, communities and businesses in our city, providing arts instruction, experiences and performances.
We are now pursuing wider impact to our community through outreach to targeted schools, museums, hospitals, libraries, parks, underserved groups as well as providing educational and artistic performances in our own building.
Continuing to build a
DaySpring culture that connects participants, families, staff & community
Teaching Artists, parents, instructors and participants work together to provide a network for our community to be enhanced and grow. In our current strategic plan we are reaching to grow our passionate a team in the areas of outreach, development & marketing to be able to expand our reach and better serve the community at large.
