2024-2025 Academy Enrollment Process

for Returning Families and
Accepted New Families

This process can be used by both returning families and newly accepted families for the 2024-2025 school year academy enrollment.

You will need:

  • Your Jackrabbit Parent Portal Login information

  • The expected grade level for your student

All Students

Enrollment is done in the Parent Portal. 
        
Click here to go to the Parent Portal either on your phone or on your computer
(Screenshots below are from a phone but should be very similar to what you would see on a computer too.)
                       
Once you log in, click on the "Find Classes" button

  • Be sure "Show me full classes with Wait Lists" is selected. (see below)
    • We use the Wait Lists feature to confirm that everyone is places appropriately and to give priority to returning families.
    • This does NOT mean that the class is already full

Select "Add a Filter"        
  • Select "Session"
  • Choose "Academy Year 2024"
  • Click "Add Filter"

Choosing your classes

1.  Choose your grade level class

  • 22-23 Discoverers (Kindergarten)

  • 22-23 Explorers (1st and 2nd Grade)

  • 22-23 Adventurers (3rd and 4th Grade)

  • 22-23 Voyagers (5th and 6th Grade)

  • 22-23 Springboarders (7th and 8th Grade)

  • 22-23 High School (9th through 12th Grade)

3.  Choose your other classes

  • K-6th Grade

    • See a list of available classes here

    • You can choose up to 5 Friday Enrichment Classes for your student

    • Your discount will be applied once you have signed up.
       

  • 7th-12th Grade

    • Select your classes based on the schedule below.

    • Schedule shown is subject to change based on student enrollment.

    • See descriptions in the Parent Portal for Grade Levels and/or Prerequisites.

**Spanish III/IV will be offered EITHER 1st or 2nd period depending on the schedules of the students enrolled

2. Choose your Enrollment Class

  • 22-23 K-6th Grade Enrollment

  • 22-23 7th-12th Grade Enrollment
     

  • These classes will add your one-time enrollment fee to your account immediately.

    • $200 for K-6th Grade Students

    • $400 for 7th-12th Grade Students

4. Finishing Up

  • Once you have finished adding all classes to your cart:

    • Click on "Check Out"

    • Click Accept Enrollment Fees and Continue
       

  • Once your classes have been reviewed and approved, students will be enrolled from the wait list into the classes.
