Preschool Lead Teacher

Position Summary

DaySpring Arts & Education is seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our Creative Arts Preschool program. This teacher will foster a joyful, child-centered learning environment where children ages 3–5 can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

The ideal candidate loves working with young children, values hands-on learning, and is excited to integrate art, music, movement, and developmentally appropriate academics into daily instruction. The Preschool Teacher will partner closely with families to support each child's growth while promoting a love of learning and discovery. We welcome candidates who are passionate about helping children discover their gifts and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Work hours are 8:30am-3pm on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Teachers may be asked to occasionally work outside those hours for professional development, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Required

• Early Childhood Certification Preferred

• Be passionate about educating the next generation in creative and innovative ways

• Desire to work in a Christian environment

• 5 yrs experience working with preschool aged students in a classroom setting

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Guitar Instructor

Position Summary

DaySpring Arts & Education is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic Guitar Instructor to join our growing music program. The ideal candidate is experienced in both acoustic and electric guitar, enjoys working with students of all ages, and is able to teach tabs, chords, and standard music theory and notation. A bachelor's degree in music or equivalent professional performance and teaching experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include teaching private lessons, preparing students for DaySpring Music Recitals, communicating professionally with parents, and following DaySpring Arts & Education policies and procedures.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for additional teaching hours as enrollment grows. Compensation ranges from $38–$44 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Algebra I Middle & High School Math Teacher

Position Summary

DaySpring Arts & Education is seeking an Algebra I teacher (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). Hours are 9-10:15 on Mondays and Fridays and 9-10 on Wednesdays.

Communication with parents, students, and administration is a big part of the job. Teachers are expected to write weekly lesson plans, teach and lead lessons in innovative and creative ways, evaluate and report on student progress, and encourage students in their educational growth. Teachers are included in the school accreditation process. The ideal candidate would be passionate about educating the next generation in creative and innovative ways and have a desire to work in a Christian environment.

Requirements:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

• Certification (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Front Desk Administrator

Position Summary

This position is responsible for general communication with the public. Responsibilities include: greeting families & community members, creating a welcoming environment, answering door, phone, general email, lookup information on database, and other general administrative tasks.

Compensation is $15/hr with hours ranging 10-20 hours a week. We are specifically looking for some morning hours and weekends.
